25 minute cardio interval workout.  If you are just beginning follow Kerri, she is doing low to moderate intensity.   Follow Sonya if you want more intensity, and to keep the overall calorie burn up, move throughout the 20 second breaks:  jog in place, run up a flight of stairs, or do any of the simple moves we demonstrate in the video such as high knees or skaters.  If you put the effort in you will maximize the benefit of your 25 minutes.
